Nigerian President Tinubu Travels for Immediate Medical Care

Bola Tinubu, the incoming president of Nigeria, is said to have left the country for Europe to receive emergency medical care after becoming ill.

According to a story published on Wednesday by Sahara Reporters, Tinubu fell ill on Saturday and left for Europe on Tuesday night.

The former governor of Lagos State reportedly began his medical care in Nigeria before deciding to relocate to Europe for better treatment.

The platform claimed, citing an authoritative source, that Tinubu became ill as a result of the "hectic" campaigning that resulted in his elevation to the position of "President-elect" and the tension that developed prior to the March 18 Lagos State governorship and House of Assembly elections, in which he also cast his vote.

Tinubu has been to Europe for medical treatment. He became unwell after casting his ballot in the Lagos governor's race on Saturday. He was treated by local doctors, but one of the sources reported that he now travels to Europe for adequate medical care.

"At first, he claimed that his doctors should be flown into Nigeria for him and that he would depart when circumstances calmed down. But I can confirm that he left Tuesday night because he is unquestionably sick," a second person said.

Websites that track air traffic cannot be used to trace his Falcon 9X, which has the registration number VP-CBT.

The platform purportedly made an attempt to trace the flight, and the response was: "VP-CBT - Unknown Owner (Cayman Islands) (UK). According to the owner/desire, operator's this aircraft (VP-CBT) is not trackable by the general public.

On March 18, Tinubu was seen in the public while casting his ballot in Lagos for the state's governorship and state legislature.
